Noah Bullock was wounded on 28 September 1918 in France. His 85 year old daughter receives his overdue Purple Heart as well as the WWI Victory Medal with France Service, Ypres-Lys and Somme Offensive battle clasps, and the North Carolina WWI Service Medal. Presenting the awards was the current commander of the 30th Heavy Brigade Combat Team, COL Randy Powell and Congresswoman Renee Ellmers.
